Taking into account the indicators of success, the understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies requires an analysis of priority requirements. Banal, but irrefutable conclusions, as well as basic user behavior scenarios call us to new achievements, which, in turn, should be subjected to a whole series of independent research.
